About Me

A Quick Biography

The Ghost Sonata at The Actors' Gang

Adam Ferguson is a southern boy at heart having grown up in Memphis, TN.  For three years he toured internationally (Asia, Europe, and South America) in A Midsummer Night’s Dream directed by Academy Award winner Tim Robbins. He made his Off-Broadway debut in the World Premiere of Boys Just Wanna Have Fun.  Other New York City credits include Much Ado About Nothing, A Year in the Life, and Film Scenes in the Village (Winner of Producer’s Pick Best Comic Actor). In Los Angeles, Adam has appeared in The Altruists (winner of StageSceneLA Best Actor in a Comedy), Picasso at the Lapine Agile, Romeo and Juliet, and The Dead Guy (a multimedia production seen at the Hollywood Fringe).  He played Comendador Gomez in Anna Estrada’s bilingual production of Fuente Ovejuna and recently played Prior Walter in Angels in America. Adam wrote and starred in the webseries 30 is Still 30 which is available to watch on YouTube.  Other film credits include guest starring roles on Patched, Broad Strokes, Geeks Outside, and a co-starring role in Suburbicon directed by George Clooney.   Most recently, Adam directed the original work Sudden Death Viewpoints. The play took the deconstructed acting theory of Viewpoints and set the entire show in a sports arena in order to run parallels between sports and theater. The multimedia performance ran for three nights with cheering audience members. He holds a MFA in Television, Film, and Theatre/ Acting Option from Cal State LA and a BFA in Theater Performance form North Dakota State University. Adam has trained at Circle in the Square Theater School as well as in psychophysical acting with Wendell Beavers and Stephen Wangh.  He was a company member at The Actors’ Gang for four years and is a proud member of Actors’ Equity and SAG-AFTRA.  Check out Adam's IMDB page
